Birdied - the golf course tracker

Birdied is a free app for golfers to keep a personal record of every golf course they have played and a wishlist of the ones they want to play. Log each round, rate and review courses, see your golf on an interactive world map, and follow friends - in any web browser, on iPhone, and on Android.

I built Birdied so the record of every course you have played is yours to keep and works on any phone. It should not sit in a shoebox of scorecards or behind a paywall.

Frequently asked questions

What is Birdied?

Birdied is a free app for golfers to keep a personal record of every golf course they have played and build a wishlist of the courses they want to play next.

Is Birdied free?

Yes. Birdied is free to use in any web browser, on iPhone, and on Android.

What can I track on Birdied?

You can log the rounds you play, rate and review courses, see every course you have played on an interactive world map, and follow friends.

Which golf courses can I find on Birdied?

Birdied maps golf courses all over the world, so the courses you play abroad are kept on the same record as the ones at home.

Does Birdied work on Android?

Yes. Birdied runs on Android, on iPhone, and in any web browser, with the same account and the same courses on every device.

Can I use Birdied without installing an app?

Yes. Birdied runs in any web browser, so you can log a round, browse courses, and see your map without installing anything.

Can I export my data?

Yes. You can download your played courses and your wishlist at any time, as a CSV spreadsheet or a GeoJSON map file. Your data is yours to keep.

Can I bring a record I already keep?

Yes. Paste a list you keep, or drop another app's export. Matching stays on this device and you confirm before anything is added. Start at https://birdied.app/import-courses.

Where does Birdied's course data come from?

Every course begins with open data from OpenStreetMap and is enriched by the golfers who play it. Every source behind the site is listed, with its licence, on our data page.

Why join the Birdied waitlist now?

Birdied is open by invitation while we let golfers in gradually, and everyone who joins the waitlist now joins as a founding member: a founding member's seal on your profile kept for good, and invitations to bring the golfers you play with.
