At a glance

Birdied's Melbourne Sandbelt courses are Royal Melbourne, Kingston Heath, Metropolitan, Commonwealth, Huntingdale, Yarra Yarra, Woodlands and Peninsula Kingswood - a run of clubs on the sand south-east of the city. A collector flies this far for one stretch of ground: eight rounds in a week, through tea-tree, without leaving Melbourne.
