By accessing or using the Birdied application ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of service

Birdied is a golf course tracking application that allows users to log rounds, discover courses, write reviews, and connect with other golfers. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

3. User accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

4. User content

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service, including reviews, comments, and round data. By posting content, you grant Birdied a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your content within the Service.

5. Prohibited conduct

You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) harass, abuse, or harm other users; (c) submit false or misleading content; (d) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service; (e) use automated means to access the Service without permission.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Birdied shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
