Scotland · Links Golf
A short way up the east coast from each other, and about as far apart in character as Scottish links get. Kingsbarns is modern, built along the Fife shoreline with the sea in view from every hole, and generous enough that most golfers come off it with a score they're happy with. Carnoustie is older, flatter to the eye and far less forgiving, with the Barry Burn waiting on the last two holes. Take Kingsbarns if you want the coastline and a round you enjoy. Take Carnoustie if you want to find out exactly where your game stands.
